ADMINISTRATION:
Add 30g (1 rounded scoop - enclosed) to your favourite beverage once or twice per day (after training or in the morning).
PLEASE NOTE - You can take up to 2g of protein per kg of body weight daily.
IMPORTANT - TO GET THE BEST FROM MIXING
- Add 250ml of beverage (preferably water) to a glass. 250ml is approx. an average glass full.
- Then add 30g (rounded scoop) of product to the beverage, allow the product to settle for a few moments and then mix using a spoon or fork.
- Leave to stand - for up to 2 minutes (less time usually required) - mix again and drink. Please consider that if you are consuming a larger amount of product, you may require a larger volume of liquid for mixing.
