ADMINISTRATION:
Mix 37.5g (just under 1 level scoop - enclosed) with approx. 300ml (average size glass) of water.
During intense training, amounts consumed may be increased.
For best mixing results.
- Add water first to glass or shaker.

- Allow the product to settle for a few moments and then mix using a spoon or fork.
