ADMINISTRATION:
Pre-Workout - Dissolve 1 to 2 scoops with 450ml (approx.) of water. Consume 60 minutes prior to training to ensure maximum performance.
Post-Workout - Dissolve 1 to 2 scoops with 450ml (approx.) of water. Consume immediately after workout to replenish glycogen levels and drastically enhance recovery.
