ADMINISTRATION:

Mix 37.5g (just under 1 level scoop - enclosed) with approx. 300ml (average size glass) of water.

During intense training, amounts consumed may be increased.

For best mixing results.

1. Add water first to glass or shaker.
2. Then add product.
3. Allow the product to settle for a few moments and then mix using a spoon or fork.
4. Leave to stand - for a few moments and drink.

For best results.

• Take twice daily.
• On training days - once in the morning and again split before and after training .
• On non training days - once in the morning and again in the afternoon.
