ADMINISTRATION:
Add 500ml of beverage (preferably water) to a glass. 500ml is just short of a pint.
Then add 30g (level scoop) of product to the beverage, allow the product to settle for a few moments and then mix using a spoon or fork.
Leave to stand - for up to 2 minutes - mix again and drink.
The ideal time for consumption is just before bedtime.
Please consider that if you are consuming a larger amount of product, you may require a larger volume of liquid for mixing.
PLEASE NOTE - Milk Protein does not disperse quite as easily as Whey Protein and also requires more liquid for mixing.
