A Branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) is an amino acid having aliphatic side chains with a branch (a carbon atom bound to more than two other carbon atoms).  Among the proteinogenic amino acids, there are three BCAAs: leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAA’s are essential amino acids as we must get them into our diet as our bodies do not produce them. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and have various functions.

This Instantised form of BCAA means that the powder is able to quickly disperse in the water and not clump. We all know pure BCAAs taste a little bitter, although this Instantised version will mix a lot easier.
