    Ingredients overview (per 7.5g serving):

ZMA® (2,430mg) – a patent protected and developed by SNAC Systems, Inc. It’s an anabolic mineral support formula containing highly bioavailable, zinc mono-L-methionine, zinc and magnesium aspartate and vitamin B6. Researched-based and clinically proven.

D ASPARTIC ACID (3,000mg) – discovered in 1827 when scientists were researching the components of asparagus juice. When scientists realised aspartic acid is naturally produced in the human body, it was classified as an amino acid. However, only in the last decade has this amino acid received attention for the many benefits it offers athletes. D-Aspartic Acid is an amino acid that is produced principally in the pituitary gland, hypothalamus and testes.

VITAMIN C (750mg) – is an essential vitamin, however, the body does not store Vitamin C, so a regular daily intake is required. The benefits of Vitamin C are many and varied, they include; the support of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the normal function of the nervous system.

    Additional information

Testosterone levels: Most men suffer a loss of testosterone levels after the age of 30. Testosterone plays a key role in enhancing muscle recovery and regeneration processes and is associated with greater muscle power/size/tone and strength. Testosterone also improves body composition and bone density and can help to reduce body fat. Testosterone is also known to improve mood, so it’s easier to stay motivated.

Cortisol levels: Elevated Cortisol (stress hormone) levels may lead to muscle wasting and decreased bone formation, and can increase the amount of fat you hold in your belly (also called visceral fat). Studies have been conducted in respect of Vitamin C reducing stress-induced cortisol release

A high Testosterone to Cortisol ratio indicates better recovery after exercise.

Ashwagandha is part of Ayurvedic herbalism. Ashwagandha is believed to help improve mental clarity and endurance, as well as treat anxiety and protect the body’s immune system. Clinical studies that are available suggest that ashwagandha could have a mild but noticeable positive effect on levels of testosterone in healthy males.
